This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use governs the use of the Luther Automotive website at www.lutherautomotive.com  and the websites of the Luther dealerships identified below (each a "Site" and together the "Sites") by persons using the Site (each a "User and together the "Users") and Luther Automotive's use of User information from the Site.
