I had an excellent experience at Bloomington Subaru from start to finish. The entire service process was smooth, professional, and genuinely top-notch. The waiting area was comfortable, with great snacks and coffee available, which made the time there much more pleasant.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. We worked with Adam Voigt in sales and Benjamin in finance—they were kind and genuine, and transparent about everything. Got a beautiful CPO 2025 Subaru Legacy Premium with low miles for a great price. I did take it for a prepurchase inspection nearby and it came back without issues. He was consistent and when all of a sudden I started asking about a couple cars he was right there. Made it easy when I, all of a sudden, engaged again because my car died! Sabias was there to make the car buying experience more than an experience, he is there to actually help you. Seriously he was really friendly and helpful from start to finish. He isn’t pushy or stubborn at all like other dealerships. If your car shopping around make sure to stop here the friendliness doesn’t stop at the door. You won’t be disappointed, I know I wasn’t. I purchased my first Subaru pre-owned from this dealership five years ago. I have been very happy with my Forester and am actually in the process of buying a new one. I got confused after changing my warranty and contacted them several times over the past few years, and they were courteous and resolved my confusion. I can recommend both Subaru and this dealership (TBD on the American made ones).
I worked with Joe Weil,who was very pleasant. Hectic, only because he was leaving for vacation the next day, and it was the "end-of-year rush". And, he remained calm and pleasant! He kept me notified when he'd be busy, and how long he'd be.( I didn't have a set appt.)
