Overall, my experience was excellent. Henry was an outstanding sales person who went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and stress-free. He even picked me up from the airport, which I truly appreciated from the moment we met. He was friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable he offered refreshments and snacks and checked in throughout the process to make sure I had everything I needed. His exceptional customer service and genuine care made buying my vehicle a great experience. I highly recommend asking for Henry if you’re looking for a sales person who truly puts the customer first.

Luke is an absolute dynamo, youthful, bright and personable. He really knows the product line and the differences between the offerings Subaru manufactures. He is dedicated to the customer making the right choice. He explained everything we had questions about as we determined which model was the best for us.

We enjoyed working with Michelle Town, who sold us our Subaru Uncharted. She was friendly and helpful, making short work of the many details involved in purchasing and understanding a new electric car. The follow-up meeting, known in Subaru marketing lore as "Love Encore," was welcome, as replacing a 14-year-old gasoline-powered car with a new electric vehicle festooned with technology can raise questions.

I can't imagine that there could be any kind of customer more difficult and challenging for a car sales person than one who really does not know for sure what car they want. That's the problem we presented to Michelle Town at Luther Bloomington Subaru. Michelle was extraordinarily patient with us. With her help, we found the right car.

Shopping for a car isn't usually an enjoyable experience, but Brendan has changed my outlook. He was very helpful and patient with me. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed. I've already recommended him to others.

As an elder female I was impressed about how Brian interacted with me. He clearly answered all of my questions, he addressed my concerns, and he even provided some information that perhaps I should have asked about but didn't. I later met with a different Subaru dealership in the area but returned to Luther Bloomington for the purchase because I was impressed with the service I received from Brian Samuels.

I hate car buying. I did a lot of research with different dealers and Tom Dombrock was the one I choose because he worked with me first through emails. I felt comfortable and was really impressed with the test drive. He really went through all the features and how they work.

This rating is long overdue. I leased a car from Luther in May 2026 and had an amazing experience. Brian - my sales representative was easy to contact (text if I wanted), friendly, helpful and not pushy. I had been to Morrie's in Minnetonka (through which we got our previous two Subaru leases) and got stuck in their pressured sales loop and nearly leased a completely different car and color than I wanted. Thankfully, I reached out on a whim to another Subaru to just see if the "stock is low, these are flying off lots" narrative was real. Suffice it to say, it was not. Brian was able to find me the color I wanted in the trim and model I wanted almost immediately. He went out of his way to communicate, fulfill my needs and ensure I had an excellent experience. 10/10. My new dealership.

Zach was great to work with, answered all our questions. Very helpful in transferring our license plates.

I had a great experience buying a 2026 Subaru Solterra Limited XT from Tom Dombrock at Luther Bloomington Subaru. He made me feel excited about the experience of test driving and purchasing a neat car. I never felt pressured about anything. He didn't make it feel like he's trying to close a sale as soon as possible, rather he was accommodating, giving with his time and insight, and focused on my positive experience as a customer, which for me was about selecting the right model and trim of EV at the best price in the Metro. I had to wait 8 weeks for delivery (so I could get the awesome Midnight Tide Mica color), but he kept me apprised of the manufacture and delivery process and timing. In the end, the car delivered exactly on my birthday, as had been projected within about 48 hours of my order, it was worth the wait, and what did Tom do when I came in? He had the whole crew at reception sing Happy Birthday to me when I came in to accept delivery. Really happy with the purchase and the buying experience, I'm working on putting two people into Subarus this year, and I'm sending them to Tom.

I have had incredible experience at Bloomington Subaru Service Center. I lucked out when I was assigned Michael D as my adviser. Michael was a rockstar. He was fantastic from the start. I made an appt for a second opinion on a transmission concern. I had told him I just wanted to know if I was crazy or if it was not normal. Within 30 minutes, I had a callback confirming the issue was real, a transmission problem covered under my extended warranty. I had shared my meeting schedule with him and he called me quickly to just let me know they found something and he would follow up with more details. I appreciated that he understood I would like the validation. Fast forward two days, a whole new set of issues arose. When I went back, the team took on the assumption it would be too coincidental for it to have stated right after I had been in for service. Turns out a faulty windshield replacement that had been leaking since September. He walked me through filing an insurance claim and essentially handled everything from there. I realize that may be routine for him, but as a first-timer in that kind of situation, that level of care was a genuine relief. I don’t think I would have considered a claim. Very thankful on a whim I went to Luther for another opinion.

Nick is fantastic! Excellent communicator and not pushy whatsoever. So great we bought two vehicles in two weeks. He’s got a client for life as long as he is selling cars! A+++

Jared was great to work with. Superior customer service and above and beyond effort. The transaction was very smooth and easy. Once the test drive was completed, the paperwork only took about 30 minutes to complete. Thanks to Jared and Kyle for making my purchase a breeze.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Bloomington Subaru’s service department. They went above and beyond from start to finish. I brought my 2020 Subaru in for routine maintenance, including an oil change, transmission service, and brake fluid replacement. They also performed a thorough multi-point inspection, a complimentary alignment check, a free car wash, and even provided a complimentary loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and honesty of the technicians. While addressing a steering column concern, they discovered that a previous repair performed elsewhere had left wiring improperly routed, harnesses unsecured, and components incorrectly installed. Rather than taking shortcuts, the Bloomington Subaru team carefully removed the dashboard, corrected all of the wiring and routing issues, replaced damaged clips, reassembled everything properly, and thoroughly test drove the vehicle. The steering now feels solid and the vehicle drives exactly as it should. My service advisor, Leonel, kept me informed throughout the process, and the entire team treated my vehicle with genuine care and professionalism. It’s rare to find a dealership that takes this much pride in doing the job right instead of just getting the job done. If you’re looking for knowledgeable technicians, excellent customer service, and a dealership you can trust, I highly recommend Bloomington Subaru. They’ve earned my business for future service.

I really appreciate all the effort that Ilenna went through for me. I bought the car from out of state and she went through and took all the pictures and videos I needed. She gave me every answer to every question I asked and when she didn't know she found out. 10/10 best car buying experience I've had. My only regret is that it wasn't in person, but even so Ilenna was amazing!

Luke was great! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We appreciated working with him throughout our several visits to the dealership as we selected the vehicle we purchased.

Sam Bissen made buying a car so easy and genuinely fun that I have recommended several friends to him. If you need to buy a car, get a Subaru and go to Sam. When I was buying a car, I had just been in a traumatic accident and totaled mine. It was an emergency I had not prepared for, so I hadn’t had the chance to do any research. But, Sam was so incredibly kind and helpful that the experience wound up being fun. He was so genuinely enthusiastic about the cars he was selling that he made comparing the various available models easy and interesting. He had complete respect for my price range, explained every warranty or add on clearly and simply, and triple checked that I had everything that I needed. I had literally signed the papers and was about to drive home when Sam realized he had forgotten to tell me a fun fact about the Impreza, and made sure I got an extra handshake for the pleasure of staying and listening. Adam at Bloomington Subaru is your go to guy! After several days of visiting several dealerships I found myself at this dealship and at Adams desk. We went over the on hand inventory and narrowed it down to a half dozen vehicles that would fit me (I'm tall and lanky). Adam went off and returned with keys in hand and we checked them out on the lot and test drove the ones I was more leaning towards. In comparison to the other dealerships, Adam is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and capable while not engaging in the antics that caused me to just flat walk out of the other dealers. Adam was quick to respond to my messages and calls. Go see him, you won't be disappointed.

Awesome Dealership! Awesome People! (be sure to ask for Blake) Awesome Experience! I’ve long despised the car buying experience, especially purchasing new🤮 So much so, it probably outweighs frugality as the primary factor influencing my tendency to hold off upgrading vehicles anytime shorter than a decade. A few months ago I reentered the game in preparation for the imminent handoff of my 180k mile 2011 Accord to my newly licensed teenager (still runs great 👍). I spent far too many hours researching, stringing out long AI Chat Chains, and hesitantly walking into dealerships and lots, vehemently clarifying I was only there for a test drive, and nothing else. I eventually found myself at Luther Bloomington Subaru, where I met Blake. I had make and model narrowed down to a couple options. Subaru Crosstrek was one of them, but frankly, at the time it was not my first choice. Blake was extremely knowledgeable about all of the options I was considering. He was patient and I’m thankful to him for the effort he made in objectively helping me sort through pros and cons of the various choices. I’m also thankful to Blake for remaining an endearing advocate and guide all the way through the entire process, negotiation, paperwork, financing, etc. I’m very happy with my new ride, and while I don’t expect to be back in the market anytime soon, when that day comes, I know exactly where I’m gonna go and who I’m gonna work with (so long as I’ll still have that opportunity because at that point he’ll likely be the Sales Manager, if he hasn’t already been promoted to GM). They allowed us to test drive multiple vehicles so we could really find the right fit for our needs without ever feeling pressured. We ultimately went with a different vehicle because the Outback we wanted was just outside of our budget, which was no fault of the dealership at all. Every interaction we had with the staff was transparent, professional, and straightforward when it came to pricing and discussions. They genuinely worked with us to make sure we had the best experience possible. I would absolutely recommend Bloomington Subaru to anyone looking for a Subaru. We’ll most likely be back in the future when it’s time to upgrade our current Forester Wilderness.

This was the first major car purchase I've ever made and it took me a lot of hard work to get to the point where I could take this on. Can't say enough good things about Michael Dao, my service specialist. Spectacular. He went far and above to make a horrendous repair as inexpensive as possible. The completed work was also top notch. Michael is a rock star.

Got a beautiful CPO 2025 Subaru Legacy Premium with low miles for a great price. I did take it for a prepurchase inspection nearby and it came back without issues. There were a couple small paint chips that we worked with Adam to get a fix included with the sale—This was very appreciated. I’ve dealt with several smarmy car dealerships in the past and it truly made me dread the car buying experience. However, at Bloomington Subaru, it was a completely different vibe right from the start. I’ve already been raving to my friends and family about them. I adore my new car and am so glad we chose Bloomington Subaru! Thank you!
